Our dream is for a simple and accessible wedding.
We’re skipping some traditions, so we’d like to give you an idea of what to expect.

Act I, at The Fumbally Stables will include our official ceremony with a smaller group of close friends and family. We are thrilled to have Ruthie’s aunt Gail as our celebrant. Afterwards, we will enjoy some wine, food and refreshments provided by the excellent Fumbally Cafe.

We won’t be hosting a sit-down meal, but we’ll make sure you don’t go hungry and have somewhere to sit if you need.

Staying in our old neighbourhood, we’ll skip a mere 150 meters down the lane to Hen’s Teeth, where we will be joined by more guests for Act II.

Act II will see us slowly transition into the evening with welcome drink in hand.

Peckish? We have selected some beautiful small plates. The food leans mostly vegetarian, but there will be something for everyone. Let us know if you have any strict dietary requirements.
Hen’s Teeth has a glorious sound system and we have one of our favourite DJ’s to tickle our ears and get the feet moving with off-piste classics and familiar surprises. In fact, dancing at Cian O’Ciobhain’s ‘Disco Dana’ sparked this whole idea. Hen’s Teeth has a strict curfew at 12.30am.
